For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
If you have insurance, please bring a signed insurance form or a membership card. As a courtesy your insurance will be billed however it will be your responsibility to pay any remaining balance at time of service. Our staff is happy to address any questions or concerns that you might have regarding treatment, forms, fees, or insurance.

It is the responsibility of every patient to know who "preferred providers" are for their plan, individual plan coverage, deductibles (if applicable) and maximums. Although our administrative staff is happy to assist you with basic plan questions, it is best if you contact your insurance company directly.
The human resource department of the employer providing the insurance plan can also answer any questions you may have regarding eligibility.
